Take your place on this intimate immersion in nature………..

A weekend of elemental alchemy – nature & the elements for deep healing, reflection & community. The Retreat consists of 2 nights secluded woodland camping, evening meals, drinks and all our activities.

We have co-created this retreat from our own deep connection to the Cumbrian land and the healing powers rooted in the elements through our own personal exploration.

We invite you to join us in this magical woodland to explore the serenity and beauty found in the alchemy of slowing down to be fully present and find your essence in the now.

Held in this expansive yet powerfully grounding retreat, we will guide you through a loving curated weekend including:

Movement

Sound bath with crystal bowls

Breath work

Creativity

Story weaving

Ceremony

Personal reflection

Community

Wild woodland and lake camping

We use a range of practices to go deep within ourselves and connect with the nature that we are immersed in for 2 days.

Yoga in the woods enables us to really feel into our body while experiencing our true nature – as part of nature.

Breathwork allows us to go deep within – creating an inner space of calm with a powerful connection between mind and body whilst actively and consciously exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide with the trees – becoming one with the woodland embodying symbiosis and natures cycles.

Throughout the weekend we will use the nature of sound to help take us on a journey of self-discovery and healing. We will enjoy the beautiful, delicate yet powerful sounds of the quartz crystal bowls bringing us into alignment and balance, crystal bowl sound baths are on another level when held in the frequency of the woodland surrounded by the trees.

We will collect interesting botanicals to create a beautiful wreath dedicated to the elements to take home and cherish our wild time here in the woodland.

As the day gives way to night, we will share food around the campfire  and explore natures elements – Earth, Air, Fire and Water, with words.

This retreat is all about rediscovering yourself, immersed in nature, away from the busy world, sharing this special experience with a small group of wonderful of women that have come together to share this ….

The weekend is designed to take you out of the stresses and pressures of everyday life and give you the space to unwind and reconnect with yourself and the world around us – a chance to just be – with nothing to do and no one to please. Enjoy the primal, serene experience of immersing yourself in the woods for a few days.

There will be free time for you to have some space to explore, relax and journal and walk by the lake – taking a dip if you wish*.

*please note that this is not part of the retreat and if you do decide to wild swim in the lake this will be in your free time and at your own risk.
