Reiki Retreats

We don’t learn reiki – we are attuned to reiki through a series of beautiful spiritual attunements (a non- religious ritual that activates our chakras) these have been passed from reiki master teacher to reiki master teacher down the ages – this is your lineage. This process of attuning a person opens their energy field so that they can channel the reiki energy.

Reiki courses – although we don’t learn reiki we must learn about the history and foundations of reiki and how to use the reiki energy safely, responsibly and for the highest and greatest good of those receiving the energy.

The reiki learning journey is split into 4 parts – you can choose how far you wish to go……
Reiki 1 Use on yourself, family and friends.
Reiki 2 Reiki Practioner for use on others and you can receive payment for services (once insured).
Reiki 3 A Reiki Master Practioner all chakras are attuned at this level and you learn more techniques that can be used.
Reiki 3 B Reiki Master Teacher you receive the final attunement and learn the
attunements for attuning others into reiki.

As you move up through the levels of reiki you have more attunements, and you are given sacred symbols to use while learning more advanced techniques to use during a reiki session. There is a time limit as to how fast you can progress through the levels – this is to ensure that you have had enough time to practice and use the reiki energy at each level before moving on.

(A minimum of 6 months is required before moving on from reiki 1-2 & 9 months from Reiki 2-3). The Reiki 2 practitioner course has casestudies to complete before certification and being able to practice as a reiki practitioner. The Reiki Masters course has casestudies to complete before and after the course to prepare for your shift. 

Reiki courses are typically 2 full days with case study work and follow ups for higher level courses. I run my reiki courses as retreats – the idea is that you can be fully immersed in the reiki energy – (like floating in a reiki bubble for a couple of days).

Reiki I & II course

Group Retreats

I run my reiki courses as reiki retreats so that you can come and be fully immersed in the reiki experience.

The retreat runs from Sunday – Tuesday or from 2026 Monday – Wednesday

The retreat price includes 2 nights self-catered accommodation, the reiki course and course materials.

Extra nights accommodation can be booked – You can arrive on the Saturday if you prefer to have an extra night to explore the beautiful area and / or you can
leave on Wednesday or Thursday morning after the course.

On the First evening we start with an introductory session from 7pm – 9pm.

Monday and Tuesday (or Tuesday and Wednesday) the course runs 9.00am – 5.00 pm with a morning break and a break for lunch (cake provided at morning break).

The retreat is self-catered, so you will need to bring your own food for the duration of your stay.

Check in after 2pm Sunday (or Saturday if extra night is booked) and check out shortly after the course is complete or by 11am  the next day if an extra night is booked.

The reiki retreat has 3 or 4 residential places available and there are different options depending on the accommodation that you choose.

Option 1 Self-contained studio accommodation with own bathroom (shower) and kitchen facilities.
Option 2 Shared cottage – private double room with shared bathroom (bath no shower) and kitchen facilities.
Option 3 Shared cottage – private twin room (single beds) with shared bathroom (bath no shower) and kitchen facilities (x1 persons or 2 friends can book together for reduced price) 

Reiki One to One Retreat 

I also run the Reiki Training as a one to one retreat. The content of the teaching is the same as outlined above and I can do one to one teaching at any level from Reiki I up to Reiki Master Teacher. The benefits of a one to one is that the teaching is tailored to meet you exactly where you are at and ensure that all your questions are fully answered and explored in depth. 

I offer 2 types of one to one Reiki Retreat –

Sunday – Wednesday £999 includes accomodation Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night. Sessions – Sunday evening 7- 8.30pm, Monday & Tuesday 9-4pm. Self catered retreat in private studio accomodation. Comprehansive manual provided, Tea, coffee, homemade cake and fruit provided.

Sunday – Thursday £1199 includes accomodation Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday night. Sessions – Monday. Tuesday & Wednesday 9-4pm. Self catered retreat in private studio accomodation. Comprehansive manual provided, Tea, coffee, homemade cake and fruit provided. This retreat is the same reiki one to one teaching but also includes an indulgent one to one retreat day for yourself. This extra day will comprise of Reiki, Breathwork, EFT/ Matrix Reimprinting and Crystal Bowl Sound healing, this day will act as a real energy cleanse to shift and release energy held within the body that are holding you back or forming limiting beliefs in your life. 

The beauty of this retreat as it is one to one and year round you can choose any date that suits you.
