For most retreats you can book additional nights accommodation either side of the retreat and you can add extra wellbeing days if you wish.

£899Sunday to Thursday (Can be Monday – Friday if preferred)
This retreat consists of 4 nights self catered accommodation and 3 days of one one Breathwork, Reiki, Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and EFT / Matrix reimprinting sessions.
If you wish to add on an extra night accomodation on Saturday or Thursday so that you can explore this beautiful area this can easily be arranged. I can sometimes be flexible with times and dates and create a bespoke retreat to fit your requirements so please ask and I will accomodate where possible.
