Physicists state that everything in existence is vibration at a subatomic and quantum level. The different parts of our body – organs, bones and tissues all have specific resonant frequencies – an optimum frequency for health and wellbeing (frequency = rate of vibration). When a part of the body is vibrating outside of these optimum ranges or out of harmony we call this condition dis-ease.

Sound healing can be used to shift the frequency of the physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual body leading to enhanced wellness. Using a range of different frequencies in sound healing these resonant frequencies can bring back a state of health. Through rejuvenating and restoring the body’s own resonant frequencies any imbalance in the body is returned back into balance and healing occurs. What is a sound bath?

During a sound bath you lie on a mat with a blanket and pillow and relax. The beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls take you on a relaxing meditative journey – this is a whole body experience as the vibrations of the different frequencies move through every cell of your body.

The bowls that I use are made from 99.99% Quartz Crystal -melted to 4000°C and then hand crafted into the beautiful singing bowls.
